✦ Use my work for personal, non-commercial purposes; this includes, but is not limited to: keychains, stickers, decals, clothing, etc.⟡ Repost my work, accredited.✦ Utilize my work as social media decor, such as profile pictures and banners. (Credit must be present somewhere within your profile.)

You may NOT...

✦ Resell or redistribute my work towards anyone in my blacklist.⟡ Edit my artwork.✦ Feed my work into AI. I do not support AI, nor will this ever be a safe place for doing so. If I find out my work has been provided to AI, you WILL be publicly blacklisted. I may also make a small beware if I feel it's appropriate.⟡ Use my work to push far-right political ideologies; this includes, but is not limited to: MAGA, Trump supporters, racism, homophobia, transphobia, xenophobia, fascism, white nationalism, antisemitism, misogyny, etc.✦ Use my artwork within the blockchain network.⟡ Delete my work via Toyhou.se. This includes adoptable, designs, and other characters. You will be blacklisted.

I, as the artist, can...

✦ Use existing commissions for advertisement purposes.⟡ Blacklist anyone for no given reason.✦ Change my terms of service at any given time.⟡ Warrant refunds at any given time, with no provided explanation.✦ Refuse service to anyone without any given reason.⟡ Refuse refunds, under the exception that I am unable to complete your commission.✦ Reserve the right to retrieve back a character if deleted by the new owner.⟡ Use incomplete commission money only for emergency situations.

Payment

✦ Payment must be provided up front. I give out 48 hour holding periods; otherwise, you will lose your spot in my queue. (This does not apply for commissions before 06/19/26)⟡ The current payment services I accept are: Cashapp, Ko-fi, Venmo, and PayPal.✦ You must be 16+ in order to purchase a commission from me. (18+ for very slight suggestive work. ID must be presented up front)⟡ Chargebacks will result in blacklisting.✦ Sometimes I accept payment holds; however, this must be discussed prior to commissioning. I currently do not accept payment plans.

Delivery

✦ Digital deliveries will be provided via email, Discord, Telegram, or Instagram. If you would like a HQ image of your commission, please provide a valid email address.⟡ Physical deliveries are expected to ship out within 1-3 business days, post-completion. Tracking number will be provided as soon as applicable.✦ I am NOT responsible for incorrect addresses, lost/stolen packages, or failure to retrieve mail.⟡ When purchasing an adoptable or design, please have a toyhou.se readily available, as that is where it will be stored. If you do not have a toyhou.se, I am more than welcome to supply you a free code.✦ TATs are purely estimates. This is discussed prior to commissioning. If I fail to meet my approximate deadline, I may provide myself a two week extension. Failure to complete a commission by new due date will warrant a full/partial refund. (Nothing- 100%; sketch- 80%; lineart/colored- 60%)

Refunds

⟡ Refunds will be given ONLY under the discretion of where I am unable to complete your commission.✦ Please allow me 24-48 hours to issue a refund.⟡ Refunds are not applicable for adoptables, designs, or general characters. These are transferred within 24-48 hours of purchasing.
